Receiving Kylie Jenner’s Kylighters should’ve been the highlight of any purchaser’s day … but it was anything but.
The makeup queen launched news she was dropping the beauty collection back in February, causing every fan to count down the hours before logging on the website and ordering. Unfortunately, when they received their product, they were in for a big surprise, eh, or lack of.
Upon opening the package, they found completely empty boxes. Sure, we all know the boxes are pretty cool, but not for the pretty penny these things cost! #majorfail
Majority of the customers expressed their sadness on social media.
SOOOOO I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE FROM KYLIE COSMETICS TODAY……. YALL WILL NOT BELIEVE THIS

If that wasn’t sad enough, other boxes had labels of the color’s name taped over the words “First Date,” which isn’t even the name of any Kylie’s highlighters – but WAS the name of her limited edition blush shade from her Valentine’s Day! Awkward … and sketchy!
Others complained that their highlighters came broken or damaged, while others had zero issue and cannot get enough of the stuff. Hey, ya win some, ya lose some.
Either way, Kylie has some major explaining and making up to do!
