5 Beautified Things To Do With Your Extra Hour Of Sleep When Daylight Savings Ends

We all know how important one hour is in our life, which means we can finally do something we’ve been totally putting off – which many times is adding extra TLC to our skin (sad, but true). We gathered five ways you can take advantage of the extra hour so you yourself can look extra good. Check them out below.

Turn off the snooze button
We know this is obvs, but your body needs to sleep for a reason. When you don’t get enough sleep, you don’t get as much blood flow going on through your body, which in return, doesn’t create as much collagen. That’s right, close your eyes and be sleeping beauty for one more hour …  or three.

Yogurt honey facial
We know how drying the fall can be – between turning on the heat and the cold air, it can completely suck when your glowing summer skin vanishes. Mix one tablespoon of honey and one tablespoon of yogurt with some lemon juice drops and mix. Apply to face for one hour. Rinse off with warm water and get ready for some baby smooth glowing sin.

Throw on your gloves
We often forget about our hands – which sometimes age the quickest! Throw on your favorite lotion with some moisturizing gloves and snooze for another hour. Wake up, take them off and say goodbye to cracked dry skin.

Pucker up and scrub
Chapped lips are always popping up this season, and rarely do we take the time to take care of them besides slabbing on chapstick … and more chapstick .. and more chapstick. It’s time to exfoilate! Use a lip scrub or kit (like this one) and give your pout the full fix.
